Micro Precision Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This full-time role involves working with various clients, focusing on improving mental health through effective therapy practices. However, you will also be an integral part of our outpatient office team, collaborating with colleagues who share your passion for mental wellness. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a structured yet supportive environment that nurtures your professional growth.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health challenges and strengths, leading to accurate diagnoses and customized treatment plans.
• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring consistent engagement through both individual and group therapy sessions.
• Document treatment plans, case notes, and progress reports in accordance with company policies, using electronic health record systems to streamline documentation.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including case managers, medical personnel, and school staff, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions to meet client goals, employing techniques rooted in evidence-based practices.
• Provide exemplary customer service, ensuring clients feel supported and heard throughout their therapeutic journey.

Your practice will cater to a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals, couples, children, and families dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and addiction. We aim to fill gaps in mental health services within our community, and your role will be critical in enhancing access and delivering quality care.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (or a closely related field) is essential for this role.
• Candidates must hold a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Demonstrated competence in formulating and executing comprehensive treatment plans is required.
• Proficient skills in documentation, including clinical case notes and treatment plans.
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information and maintain confidentiality.

• Preferred experience with clients from diverse backgrounds, demonstrating a cultural competence in addressing the unique needs of various communities.
• Experience in utilizing telehealth platforms to provide therapy services effectively.
• Knowledge of community resources and referral systems to enhance patient outcomes.
• Familiarity with financial processes related to therapy and mental health services, including fee collection at the time of service.
