This full-time role involves working with various clients, focusing on improving mental health through effective therapy practices.   • Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring consistent engagement through both individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Document treatment plans, case notes, and progress reports in accordance with company policies, using electronic health record systems to streamline documentation.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including case managers, medical personnel, and school staff, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
  • Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions to meet client goals, employing techniques rooted in evidence-based practices.
  • Provide exemplary customer service, ensuring clients feel supported and heard throughout their therapeutic journey.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
