Micro Precision Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate clients' mental health needs through thorough assessment and diagnostics, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals.
  • Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients each week, providing therapy services individually, to families, and in group settings.
  • Document each session meticulously, adhering to clinic guidelines for treatment plans, ongoing assessments, and progress notes.
  • Engage in effective collaboration with case managers, family members, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
  • Employ innovative and evidence-based interventions to support clients in meeting and exceeding their therapeutic goals.
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring that each interaction reflects our commitment to quality care and community engagement.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families grappling with various mental health challenges. An understanding of family dynamics and a commitment to culturally competent practice are essential as we strive to provide inclusive support tailored to the unique needs of our clients.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
  • A current and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in your state of practice.
  • Strong understanding of family therapy principles and community resources available to support client needs.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills suitable for professional documentation and client interactions.
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and demonstrate stability when engaging with clients.
  • Commitment to working with a diverse population and appreciation for various cultural backgrounds.
  • Successfully pass a background check to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and comprehensive clinical notes.
  • Experience working directly with children, adolescents, couples, and family therapy.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy techniques is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
  • The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
