Position Description
  • Lead projects from planning through completion while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the life of each project.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with engineering, estimating, purchasing, production, and field teams to keep projects on schedule.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, and overall project performance.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges while minimizing risk and maintaining profitability.
  • Facilitate project meetings and communicate updates clearly with customers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, schedules, and project records.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure successful project execution.
  • Support a positive, team-oriented culture while delivering quality results.

Position Requirements
  • Experience in project management, construction, manufacturing, or a related industry preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications preferred.
