Finance Secretary - Fred Haas Toyota World
Fred Haas Toyota World has an outstanding opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized Finance Secretary to support the Finance and Insurance (F&I) Department. The Finance Secretary plays a key role in ensuring accurate processing of finance documents, maintaining compliance records, and providing administrative support to facilitate efficient dealership operations.
Job Responsibilities
  • Process and review finance and insurance paperwork for completeness and accuracy
  • Prepare and submit contracts to financial institutions and lending partners
  • Maintain organized records of finance transactions and customer documentation
  • Verify funding status and assist with contract follow-up as needed
  • Enter and update customer and transaction information in dealership management systems
  • Coordinate with sales, accounting, and finance personnel to ensure timely completion of transactions
  • Assist with title, registration, and related documentation when required
  • Maintain compliance files in accordance with dealership policies and regulatory requirements
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with finance-related inquiries
  • Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the F&I team
  • Monitor document flow and ensure deadlines are met
  • Attend departmental meetings and training sessions as appropriate

  • Working Conditions
