Job Description Weekend CNC Machinist Full-Time | Weekend Shift | Friday-Sunday | 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM Looking for a CNC machining opportunity that offers a unique schedule and long-term career potential. We're seeking a skilled Weekend CNC Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone with machine operation experience who enjoys precision work, troubleshooting equipment, and producing high-quality parts in a fast-paced production environment.

If you're looking to maximize your workweek while gaining valuable machining experience, this could be an excellent opportunity. What You'll Do Operate Hydromat rotary transfer machines used in precision metal machining Read and interpret blueprints, dimensional drawings, and work instructions Verify product quality using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and dial indicators Perform hourly quality inspections and maintain production documentation Adjust machine settings and tooling to maintain required tolerances Change cutting tools and tool holders as needed Monitor machine performance, lubricants, and coolant systems Troubleshoot machine and tooling issues to minimize downtime Set up fixtures, feeding devices, and production equipment Follow production schedules and quality standards Support continuous improvement and workplace organization initiatives Maintain a safe and clean work environment What We're Looking For Previous CNC machining or machine operation experience required High School Diploma or GED required Trade school or vocational machining training is a plus Ability to read blueprints and dimensional drawings Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and problem-solving skills Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds Ability to bend, reach, climb, kneel, crouch, and move throughout the facility Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and machinery Ability to work in a moderate to high-noise manufacturing environment Benefits Competitive Pay Full-Time Weekend Schedule Long-Term Career Opportunity Advanced Manufacturing Experience Team-Oriented Environment Ongoing Skill Development Stable Manufacturing Company Why Consider This Opportunity.
