We are seeking high level experience CNC Lathe Machinist/CNC Operator in manual machining: knowledge and cutting techniques; thorough understanding of speeds and feeds & threading ยท Able to use basic inspection equipment. (Micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges) ยท Understanding of N.C controller G and M codes, manual programming capable. Job duties include: for CNC Lathe Machinist/CNC Operator - An CNC Lathe Machinist/CNC Operator who is skilled enough to be responsible for creating and modifying CNC programs to produce precision parts. - This is a critical role that requires strong technical knowledge and attention to detail. - Setup, program and operate Haas CNC lathe with minimal supervision. - Read and interpret component drawings, layout sketch, or other specifications to determine most efficient process. -Select tooling, cutting speeds, feed rates. and depth of cuts to process jobs most efficiently. - Measure parts for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers , dial indicators and gauges.
