CNC Machinist – HAAS Mills & Lathes

Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: $34.00–$40.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Some OT on Saturdays

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with experience operating and setting up both HAAS Mills and HAAS Lathes. The ideal candidate can work independently to manufacture precision parts from blueprints, sketches, or existing parts while maintaining close tolerances and high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate HAAS CNC Mills and Lathes.
  • Machine precision components from blueprints, sketches, or sample parts.
  • Select tooling, edit programs, and make machine offsets as needed.
  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure quality throughout the production process.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience.
  • Hands-on experience with both HAAS Mills and HAAS Lathes.
  • Ability to reproduce parts from a sketch or existing sample.
  • Strong blueprint reading and precision measurement skills.
  • Experience editing CNC programs.
  • CAM software and SolidWorks experience is a plus.
