General Summary

This position is responsible for ensuring the consistency of processes and policies and managing the customer experience team to ensure order setup and materials dispatch matches the customers' needs, collecting bid day info, managing and sending quotes, creating orders, supporting quality submissions for accuracy, plant scheduling, and other customer service tasks as required.Essential Job Accountabilities
  • Develop team to allow continuous coverage of duties to prevent service gaps when absences occur.
  • Collaborate with Operations staff to measure and ensure accurate scheduling and dispatching.
  • Coordinate policies and procedures with other District Customer Experience Managers to ensure consistency across the organization.
  • Support District Sales staff with bidding, project tracking, and quote management.
  • Manage a designated portion of customers based on the criteria set forth by the District Sales Manager.
  • Balance administrative load with Operations Finance Managers.
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4-year degree preferred

Work Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in dispatching in a similar industry
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer facing role

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • MS Office intermediate to high level required
  • Bilingual (Spanish Preferred)

Base Salary Range:

$96,541.00 - $144,813.00

Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
