Job Title: Granite Fabricator/Installer
Location: Belton, MO
Travel: Kansas City Metro area

We are a leading granite fabrication and installation company located in Belton, MO, committed to providing top-tier stone products and exceptional service. We're currently looking for an experienced Granite Fabricator/Installer to join our talented team. If you have hands-on experience working with granite or stone in a similar role—or are currently with an established granite company—this is the opportunity for you! 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate and install high-quality granite countertops and surfaces, tailored to customer specifications.
  • Measure, cut, and shape granite accurately to match design and installation requirements.
  • Install granite countertops, backsplashes, and other stone surfaces with precision, including our unique, lighter quartz countertop overlay.
  • Maintain a high standard of safety, quality, and craftsmanship throughout fabrication and installation processes.
  • Manage tools and equipment effectively, ensuring proper maintenance and usage at all times.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Provide excellent customer service, handling any concerns or adjustments during and after installation.
  • Conduct site assessments to confirm measurements and assist with project planning.
  • Travel to job sites as needed (approximately 30% to 50% of the time).
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in granite fabrication and installation, preferably with a granite or stone company.
  • Proven experience working with various types of granite and stone materials.
  • Skilled in measuring, cutting, and finishing granite for installation.
  • Ability to manage and maintain fabrication tools and machinery.
  • Strong knowledge of stone installation practices and safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Ability to travel to various job sites in the Kansas City area
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering superior quality work.
