Position Summary

The Corporate Development Coordinator supports Good360's Corporate Development & Partnerships team by strengthening donor engagement, prospect development, and operational execution across the corporate donor portfolio. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely donor communications, accurate Salesforce data, effective prospecting, and responsive follow-up to ad-hoc donor requests. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to build a career in corporate partnerships within a mission-driven organization. This position reports to Corporate Development leadership.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Donor Communications & Engagement Support

  • Draft and send donor connection emails, follow-ups, introductions, and scheduling outreach on behalf of Directors and Senior Managers of Development.
  • Support outreach campaigns related to new prospects, re-engagement of existing partners, and promotion of program opportunities.
  • Coordinate meeting scheduling, agendas, and basic pre-read materials for donor calls and internal strategy discussions.
  • Respond to ad-hoc donor inquiries and route requests to appropriate internal teams for timely resolution.

Prospecting & Pipeline Support

  • Conduct prospect research to identify potential corporate partners aligned with Good360's impact areas and service channels.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists by industry, geography, and product category to support targeted outreach strategies.
  • Assist in tracking prospect engagement and movement through pipeline stages.

Salesforce & Data Integrity

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, including contacts, accounts, activities, opportunities, and notes.
  • Ensure donor interactions, commitments, and follow-ups are properly logged to support reporting and portfolio management.
  • Assist with data cleanup, deduplication, and reporting requests related to donor portfolios and outreach activity.
  • Support creation of basic reports and dashboards for leadership and team performance tracking.

Program & Operational Coordination

  • Support coordination of donor programs by assisting with documentation, internal handoffs, and tracking of deliverables.
  • Assist in compiling donor reports, impact summaries, and basic program updates using established templates and data sources.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure donor timelines, requests, and commitments are visible to relevant departments.
  • Provide general administrative and project coordination support to improve team efficiency and responsiveness.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Nonprofit Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in nonprofit development, corporate partnerships, sales operations, marketing coordination, or related support roles.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to draft professional donor-facing correspondence.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience working in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) with strong data accuracy and hygiene practices.
  • Research skills and ability to synthesize company and industry information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
  • Interest in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and social impact partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools.

Salary Range
$45,000 - $52,000 annually

Note: Compensation is based on a candidate's experience, skills, education, and geographic location.This range is based on Washington, D.C.-Maryland-Virginia (DMV) market data; offers to candidates outside this area will reflect local market data.

Hybrid, based in our Old Town Alexandria, VA office (minimum of two days per week with Tuesday as an anchor day)
