Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager - Finance Transformation (Record to Report) to join our team. This is a Hybrid role reporting to the Director, Finance Process Optimization & Transformation in the Finance department. In this key role, you will design, document, and scale consistent end-to-end Record to Report processes and controls across Zscaler's global Finance organization, driving automation, institutionalizing process knowledge, and building governance frameworks that underpin a world-class Finance function.
What you'll do (Role Expectations)
  • Standardize end-to-end Record to Report processes, establishing consistent frameworks and workflows across all geographies, divisions, and subsidiaries
  • Drive end-to-end execution of Finance transformation projects with clearly defined measurable outcomes, ensuring timely delivery and sustained stakeholder alignment
  • Harness Robotic Process Automation, Workflow Automation, and AI/ML capabilities to surface improvement opportunities and accelerate Record to Report cycles
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, proactively leading projects that automate, simplify, and enhance Finance processes end to end
  • Institutionalize Finance process knowledge by maintaining comprehensive documentation and delivering training materials that build capability across global Finance teams

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
  • Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
  • 8+ years of demonstrated experience leading end-to-end Record to Report enterprise Finance process transformations, delivering measurable improvements in close cycle times, control integrity, and operational efficiency
  • Deep end-to-end expertise across global Finance functions, with primary depth in Record to Report and working knowledge across Tax and Treasury operations
  • Hands-on familiarity with BlackLine, or comparable financial close management platforms
  • Proven ability to lead data-driven, Lean-based process transformation applying structured methodologies to identify waste, eliminate inefficiency, and build scalable Finance operating models

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Hands-on experience in NetSuite, Coupa as a system of record and with Klarity or similar for AI driven process transformation
  • Proven track record of scaling Record to Report processes from the ground up in a high-growth enterprise SaaS or technology company

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
Base Pay Range
$150,500-$215,000 USD
