We are looking for a passionate brand manager who knows how to develop and execute brand strategies, consumer communications and growth opportunities. As the Marketing Manager, Consumer Brands for Florida's Natural Juices and Drinks, you'll lead new product launches, manage the execution of brand strategies and conduct in-market performance analysis for our flagship brand. You will work closely with our Director of Consumer Brands, Director of Digital Engagement, Advertising and Shopper Marketing agencies as well as cross functional partners in taking our Florida's Natural brand to new heights.
What you'll do:
  • Experience in developing and managing brand strategies, including positioning, messaging, and maintaining brand consistency across all channels
  • Proven experience creating project work plans, building excitement for a new project, and leading cross functional teams to complete assigned projects within specs, on time and on budget.
  • Ability to pull and analyze in market performance data from either Nielsen or IRI to track the business, key initiatives, competitive activity as well as to conduct deep dives on specific performance topics.
  • Experience in forecasting monthly and annual revenue by key product segment, identifying and quantifying the impact of new programs and competitive activity.
  • Lead the identification and execution from Feasibility to Launch for Florida's Natural line extensions, new products, formula renovations and package graphics updates. This includes relevant market research, product design, partnering with Finance on proforma P&L development, developing a project plan and leading cross functional team members in staying on track to key deliverables.
  • Collaborate with R&D in designing and fielding sensory studies, analyzing the learning, and providing recommended action steps.
  • Develop new item selling presentations for retailer presentations.
  • Partner with sales teams to provide up-to-date relevant information on brand support and market initiatives and information.

What we're looking for:
  • Master's degree in business administration required
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant, Associate or Brand/Marketing Manager in a CPG company that markets and sells products in traditional retail including Walmart and national Grocery chains.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in analyzing business performance metrics and drawing data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus.
  • Must be able to work on-site two days per week.
  • Role is non-relocation eligible; candidates must reside within commuting distance
