WHAT YOUโ€™LL DO:
The Assistant Manager, Consumer Lending Servicing is responsible for performing, training, and managing the day-to-day operations of the Consumer Lending Servicing Specialists and ensuring tasks adhere to company policy, procedure and regulatory requirements. This role is responsible for processing a variety of loan servicing tasks related to consumer and home equity loans accurately and efficiently using multiple programs and departmental processes. This position requires involvement in project management to implement process improvements and other projects related to loan servicing and will assist management by providing staff leadership, structure and coaching.

WHAT YOUโ€™LL BRING:
Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am โ€“ 4:30pm at our Plymouth Corporate Office location; exempt.

In addition:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years consumer and/or mortgage lending/loan servicing experience or related experience.
  • Previous supervisory experience or proven leadership skills.
  • Previous customer service experience in a financial institution, preferred.
  • Previous credit bureau report dispute processing and monitoring or related experience, preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Previous PC experience, Microsoft Office and Excel preferred.
  • Math aptitude and keyboarding skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a team player being flexible and dependable.
  • Ability to work independently while displaying initiative and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism while working under pressure.
  • Maintains awareness of enterprise compliance requirements, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA/AML) obligations, and follows internal policies and escalation protocols as applicable.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
  • Responsible for regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.

The salary range for this position is $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year. In addition, we offer:
