We're looking for an Administration Manager who thrives on bringing structure, efficiency, and leadership to a fast-paced operations environment. This role is central to how our teams function day to day, and your impact will be felt across the entire department.

What you'll do

  • Lead and develop a team of administrative professionals, setting clear expectations and coaching for growth
  • Oversee branch operations including scheduling, billing, and records management
  • Partner with operations to keep workflows running smoothly across departments
  • Drive process improvements that reduce friction and increase team efficiency
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for vendor relationships and customers
  • Prepare and present performance reports and administrative metrics to operations leaders
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

What you'll bring

  • 2+ years of administrative management or operations leadership experience
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and lead through change
  • Strong communication skills — you're equally effective with frontline staff and senior leadership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP or field service management systems a plus
