What You'll Do:

  • Elevate Leasing Support: Prepare and distribute key lease documents, such as renewals, non-renewals, notices to vacate, and renters' insurance forms, ensuring accuracy and consistency by coordinating with relevant parties. Manage the application process, including reviewing screening reports and collaborating with prospects, to provide a seamless and efficient leasing experience.
  • Elevate Maintenance Operations: Serve as the primary liaison between residents, vendors, and onsite staff to address maintenance questions and concerns. Ensure clear communication and coordination to facilitate timely and efficient maintenance resolutions, enhancing the overall resident experience.

  • Elevate General Operations: Monitor and adhere to federal, state, and local guidelines across all states to ensure compliance. Maintain accurate records and track documentation diligently to support operational integrity. Communicate effectively with residents to address concerns and provide assistance. Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.
