Job Description RCS Staffing has an immediate need for an Ultrasonic Testing Development Program Manager in Lynchburg, VA or Charlotte, NC. As an Ultrasonic Testing Development Program Manager YOU will: Ensure effective performance on moderately complex to complex technical assignments Plan and direct the timely execution of technical activities within assigned cost center(s) Ensure projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies, objectives and customer standards Develop and/or administer organization engineering standards and procedures for the group Provide goals, objectives and standards of performance for assigned team members Ensure development and training of team members to optimize task results Work interactively with customers and clients to develop strong relationships Research and assess best practices, proposing methods and improvements Work on special projects, as directed YOU are the ideal Ultrasonic Testing Development Program Manager candidate if you have: Bachelor's Degree in related field Minimum of 10 years related technical experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree Advanced knowledge of related technical standards, techniques and criteria Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates Strong analytical ability and problem identification/problem resolution skills It's a BONUS if you have: Nuclear industry experience Ultrasonic testing certifications Project management certifications Experience with nuclear standards and regulations About Our CLIENT Our client is a global leader in the nuclear energy industry, designing and supplying equipment, services, and fuel for hundreds of reactors worldwide.
