Job description

You will be the Program Manager, Development for the IRST team.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Program Manager, Development you will be responsible for leading daytoday activities of IRST domestic development programs, overseeing cost, schedule, and contract requirements, and driving program execution.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Manage daytoday activities of IRST domestic development programs, including cost, schedule, and contract oversight.

  • Oversee production transition and lead program meetings.

  • Lead proposal activities and support new business capture efforts.

  • Serve as primary customer interface and communicate with program teams.

  • Lead crossfunctional teams across multiple sites and support classified meetings onsite.
