What You'll Do

  • Lead the daily maintenance operations by supervising and delegating work, coordinating apartment turnovers, completing preventative maintenance, responding to service requests, and mentoring the maintenance team while maintaining a safe, efficient operation.
  • Perform hands-on maintenance including HVAC troubleshooting (boilers and heating systems), plumbing repairs such as sinks, tubs, drains, and fixtures, along with basic electrical, drywall, painting, and general apartment maintenance.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities including work orders, maintenance scheduling, inventory, vendor coordination, contractor agreements, service documentation, and ensuring OSHA and company standards are followed.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
  • Residential apartment maintenance experience is required, with previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred. Candidates should have strong leadership, delegation, communication, organization, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong HVAC knowledge is required, particularly with boilers and heating systems. Experience with general plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, apartment turnovers, and preventative maintenance is essential.
