The company is seeking a Demand Planner to support its replenishment team. The Role As part of the planning team, you will be responsible for forecasting inventory needs across multiple product categories. You will play a key role in analyzing sales trends, developing demand forecasts, and optimizing inventory levels to ensure product availability across the company’s network. You will collaborate closely with Purchasing, Allocation, suppliers, and Distribution Center teams to support an efficient supply chain. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain sales forecasts for various product categories; Analyze sales trends, seasonality, and supply requirements; Determine order quantities to optimize inventory levels; Follow up with suppliers regarding purchase orders and deliveries; Collaborate with Buyers to support category strategies and sales objectives; Ensure proper product allocation based on store requirements; Work closely with Distribution Centers to ensure inventory availability within required timelines; Identify inventory challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
