Position Description:

Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Mobile Maintenance Planner at our Turquoise Ridge operation. The selected individual will work closely with other divisions and contractors to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all routine maintenance activities for the Mobile Maintenance Fleet at Turquoise Ridge Mine are appropriately planned (resources, parts, tooling) and scheduled so that the work progresses in a safe, efficient, and repeatable manner
  • Ensure that all routine maintenance activities (labor, APL's, SJP's, costs, etc) are uploaded and maintained in Share Point and SAP
  • Coordinate with business partners to ensure work is completed in accordance with approved SOW's, invoices are submitted appropriately and review invoices against existing agreements.
  • Maintain an accurate backlog and interact/connect with supervisors and other planners in achieving set goals
  • Develop task and material lists, building activities and review stock level requirements
  • Communicate/coordinate with all levels of maintenance, operations, purchasing and warehouse staff, and outside vendors
  • Maintain annual budget and forecast(s) for Maintenance Fleet activities
  • Preform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with computer-based maintenance planned/scheduling preferred
  • Maintenance planning background preferred
  • Previous maintenance planning experience SAP preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, MS Outlook) required
  • Sound understanding of maintenance safety and environmental requirements preferred
  • Ability to deliver clear and concise information required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Excellent planning, problem solving, decision making and interpersonal skills preferred
