  • Drive a strong safety culture through programs, accountability, and adherence to site policies and procedures
  • Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, including failure analysis and reliability improvements
  • Manage maintenance projects end-to-end, including planning, scheduling, execution, and performance tracking
  • Develop and control budgets, contracts, and scopes of work for internal teams and external contractors
