Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Position Summary
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations within the facility, ensuring equipment reliability, safety compliance, and efficient production support. This role leads the maintenance team, manages preventive maintenance programs, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily maintenance operations, including mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenanceย 
  • Lead, train, and supervise maintenance technicians and support staffย 
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programsย 
  • Ensure minimal equipment downtime and quick response to breakdownsย 
  • Coordinate repairs, installations, and upgrades of machinery and equipmentย 
  • Manage maintenance budgets, expenses, and inventory of spare partsย 
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policiesย 
  • Collaborate with production and operations teams to improve equipment performanceย 
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentationย 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savingsย 
  • Manage vendor relationships and external contractors as neededย 

Qualificationsย
