Job description

The Maintenance Manager at PSI oversees all maintenance activities within the facility in Dallas Texas to ensure optimal operational efficiency and equipment reliability. This role involves planning, coordinating, and directing maintenance personnel and resources to minimize downtime and maintain high safety and quality standards. The Maintenance Manager collaborates closely with production and engineering teams to schedule preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for all equipment and facilities.
  • Manage and lead the maintenance team, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with production to minimize downtime and ensure timely maintenance work.
  • Oversee maintenance budgets, procurement of parts, and vendor relationships.
  • Drive continuous improvement through analysis of equipment performance and maintenance data.

Requirements
