Job Description

Deep cleans/ washes walls, ceilings, base boards, floor drains, hand sinks, tables and cutting boards as well as flatware, pots and pans; sweeps/mops floors, breaks down and cleans equipment, sorts, stores and transports all dishes, flatware, pots/pans as well as transports garbage. Clean and polish silver, flatware and brass in all areas as needed. Transport of related food product, supplies and ware washing items to and from respected areas.

  • Creates and ensures a fresh, positive, and exciting environment where sanitation, flawless delivery and execution of product excellence and service are paramount
  • Must have strict compliance to the Blue Chip Employee Handbook and Policy and Procedure Manual
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining the highest sanitation and guest service standards
  • Clean, maintain and organize work assignments
  • Follow all Health Codes (State, Federal, and OSHA requirements) and company guidelines at assigned work station

  • Transport garbage from all kitchen areas (kitchen storerooms, walk-ins, and other designated assigned areas)
  • Clean and polish silver, flatware and brass in all areas as needed
  • Deep cleaning and strictly following cleaning procedures
  • Follows and adheres to all company and departmental safety guidelines
  • Use of personal protective equipment is mandatory in this position
  • Transport of related food product, supplies and ware washing items to and from respected areas
  • Learn and perform proper stocking, storage and rotation techniques
  • Work efficiently and accurately in safe operating mode
  • Identify and inform supervisor regarding any problems with assigned station
  • Maintain food product pars and restocking stations according to business demands
