Job description

Job Title: Maintenance / Grounds Technician (Temporary) - $19.00
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking temporary Maintenance / Grounds Technician to support our facilities team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the exterior grounds and assisting with general outdoor facility upkeep.
Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday
  • 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (EST)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform grass mowing using a push mower
  • Complete string trimming around buildings, sidewalks, and landscaping areas
  • Clean and maintain mix piles in and around the facility
  • Perform general outdoor cleaning and grounds maintenance
  • Remove debris and ensure exterior areas are clean and safe
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or general labor preferred
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Additional Information:
  • Temporary assignment with immediate start
  • Steel-toe boots and appropriate work attire required
