SUMMARY: Completes daily maintenance duties for entire property.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Sets up and tears down concerts, meetings, etc in convention center.
  2. Responsible for snow removal on property.
  3. Daily maintenance duties for casino and hotel as directed by supervisor or manager.
  4. Communicating maintenance needs to supervisor or manager.
  5. Repair of kitchen equipment, property structures as advised by manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
