Job description

Big River Resources in West Burlington, IA is looking to hire a Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager will provide direct supervision of maintenance personnel and oversee daily maintenance operations. This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and implementing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities. The Maintenance Manager will ensure all service records and documentation are accurate and up to date at all times. In addition, this position plays a vital role in emergency response coordination, developing and executing response plans to ensure 24/7 operational readiness.
