Role Description

The Maintenance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Albia, IA, responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the facility. Qualifications

  • Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Hands-on experience with equipment maintenance and maintenance & repair in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in preventive maintenance planning and execution to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Demonstrated maintenance management abilities, including workflow coordination and documentation.

  • Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications.
