About the Role: Building Maintenance

As a Maintenance, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for the residents at Heritage House in Atlantic.

As a Skilled Building Maintenance Professional, you will:

  • Perform advanced maintenance and repairs in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and mechanics.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and preventative maintenance.
  • Maintain grounds and assist with seasonal tasks like snow removal.
  • Oversee and coordinate with external contractors.
  • Transport residents to and from appointments.

Opening:

  • Full-Time- 7AM-3:30PM, rotating weekends and on-call

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of hands-on experience in construction trades or facility maintenance, preferred
  • Proven ability to work independently and lead tasks across departments.
