Maintenance Assistant

Join our team at Lotus Village Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation, a member of the Alliance Health Group family of skilled nursing facilities and rehabilitation centers. We are committed to providing exceptional care and service to our residents, and we're looking for a dedicated and results-driven Maintenance Assistant to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, supplies, and facilities. Your tasks will include:

  • Performing repairs and maintenance on equipment and supplies

  • Testing emergency generators weekly and monthly

  • Inspecting and maintaining the building to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local codes and laws

  • Coordinating maintenance work with other departments

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, minor carpentry, and repair work

  • Maintaining the grounds and facilities to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff

Requirements:
