As a Maintenance Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our facility's appearance and functionality. From routine tasks to skilled repairs, your contributions will directly impact the comfort and well-being of our residents and staff. 

**Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities:** 

Your role encompasses a range of essential tasks, including: 

- Keeping the building and grounds clean, safe, and orderly 

- Maintaining and repairing basic functions of the center 

- Taking responsible care of tools and equipment 

- Conducting minor repairs on various elements within the facility 

- Handling equipment maintenance such as HVAC filters and emergency systems 

- Being available on-call for assigned 24-hour periods 

- Ensuring our customers and families experience exceptional service in a compassionate atmosphere
