THE WORK
Due to our ongoing focus on existing RMS talent and affordability within Sikorsky, only qualified RMS employees will be considered for this role and preference will be given to employees directly supporting the Sikorsky line of business.
- Responsible for delivery of LSA data including, but not limited to, Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), & Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Analysis to internal and external customers in accordance with cost, schedule, quality and technical performance requirements as agreed to by contract.
- Be cognizant of International Trade Compliance (ITC) policies including interpretation of company policies and procedures, work instructions, and ITAR regulations in relation to Sikorsky LSA deliverables
- Support contract proposal initiatives by providing estimates as required for modifications and/or newly developed aircraft components.
- Ensure authorized technical review/acceptance review of analyst/subcontractor submitted packages to ensure compliance with statement of work, Engineering source data and departmental quality plan.
- The LSA Analyst will be the primary interface between the Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT) and Logistics community.
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with customer personnel.
- Provide feedback on all project requirements, statements of work, budgets and schedules.
- Provide/maintain inputs/status reports to LSA manager
- Maintain effective use of metrics for tracking quality of internal or subcontractor provided deliverables.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.
Strong organizational skills; Able to manage multiple projects of varied size and scope
Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance theory
Able to think and operate independently with general direction, to develop approach to solutions, where work is reviewed for adequacy in meeting overall objectives
Desired skills
Aircraft Maintenance Experience (preferably helicopters)
Working knowledge of relational databases
Experience with model based engineering
Familiarity with GEIA-STD-0007B
Highly proficient communication skills (oral and written)

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $63,800 - $112,470. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $73,400 - $127,075. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
