Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday- 6am start time till work is done

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Mailroom Processing Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting our daily operations by handling mail processing tasks, maintaining workspace organization, and ensuring efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment. Paid training is provided, and all employees receive a comprehensive benefits package starting on Day 1.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform data entry tasks and navigate computer systems as required
  • Process, sort, and handle incoming/outgoing mail
  • Maintain compliance with the required clean desk policy, at all times.
  • Operate standard office and mailroom equipment
  • Accurately complete repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Lift and carry mail trays or boxes weighing up to 10-20 lbs. as needed
  • Maintain productivity and performance goals
  • Support general office and production tasks assigned

Requirements:
  • IMPORTANT: Must be comfortable adhering to a strict clean desk policy
  • Must be able to clear required criminal background check and drug screening
  • Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Basic computer literacy (opening files, navigating desktop environments, typing/data entry)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Comfortable working in an office or production/mailroom environment
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 20 lbs. as needed
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
