Job description

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a Mailroom Processor in Framingham, MA .   • Shift: Monday-Friday | 36.25 hours per week

  • Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Friday: 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, routing, and distribution in a mailroom/warehouse environment

  • Pull tickets and organize mail and related documentation for processing

  • Receive, deliver, and track packages using computer systems for accurate recordkeeping

  • Handle packing slips and shipping documentation with attention to detail

  • Lift, move, and organize heavy packages and boxes (25-50 lbs) safely and efficiently

  • Support general mail center operations including package handling and delivery coordination

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of mailroom or warehouse: picking, packing, and sorting items.

  • Must have experience using scanners and tracking systems

  • Moving inventory and preparing shipments.

  • Ability to follow directions and work independently as a self-starter with a positive attitude

  • Must be able to lift and move packages and boxes weighing 25-50 lbs regularly

  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

  • Basic computer skills for mail processing, tracking, and data entry
