IST Management is seeking the next Office Services Specialist to join our Medford team! The Office Services Specialist will be responsible for assisting with the daily Mail, Hospitality and Shipping Support services on-site. Ideal candidates have high customer service values, possess strong organizational abilities, are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and are ready to grow in their professional facilities and office services career!

Hourly Compensation: $20.00 to $21.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 830am-530pm


Job Responsibilities:

  • Mailroom services- assist with on-site mailroom services, process/scan/sort/delivery of mail and packages throughout site to appropriate client personnel
  • International Shipping services- assist with on-site shipping services; prepare packages for shipments, create package labels, secure packages, vendor relations  
  • Hospitality- Light upkeep of office common areas and kitchen; order and stock supplies when needed
  • Reception coverage- provide front desk reception coverage as needed for lunch breaks; smile and greet clients and customers, answer phones and direct calls, answer inquiries
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
  • Maintain copier equipment
  • Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
  • Take direction from supervisor or site manager
  • Participate in cross-training ;Adhere to all safety procedures
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) 
  • Prior experience in customer service and/or an office setting preferred
  • Hospitality experience a plus
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Prociency with Microsoft Excel and Word required
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
  • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
  • A valid drivers license and/or access to reliable transportation to and from work
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds
