Job description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Mailroom & Print Services Associate to support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a service-oriented environment, and can manage both mailroom and print production responsibilities. The position will primarily focus on mail services, with cross-training in print production after initial onboarding.
  • Location: Chicago
  • Pay Rate: $20/hour
  • Employment Type: Long-Term Temporary (Potential for Extension)

Responsibilities:
Mail Services
  • Receive, sort, log, and deliver incoming mail and packages
  • Process outbound shipments and track all mail activity for reporting purposes
  • Perform scheduled mail runs throughout the facility
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with internal staff

Print & Production Services (Cross-Trained)
  • Review electronic files to ensure print readiness
  • Print, bind, punch, laminate, assemble, and sort documents
  • Perform quality control checks prior to delivery
  • Support high-volume print production requests with accuracy and efficiency

Operations & Equipment Support
  • Perform routine upkeep and basic maintenance of mailroom and print equipment
  • Place service calls and coordinate repairs as needed
  • Order and manage supplies, including support for fax machines

Additional Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate logs and tracking systems for all services
  • Ensure workspace is organized and operating efficiently
