Job Description:

  • Some of the duties of the Sr. Mailroom Associate will include:
  • Process and distribute incoming mai
  • Maintain a daily record of all incoming and outgoing mail counts for all carriers
  • Collect and process outgoing mail
  • Affix and record postage on registered mail and package
  • Run, close and add money to postage meters
  • Prepare overnight delivery packages
  • Prepares daily/weekly/monthly reports for invoicing
  • Process vendor invoices for payment
  • Shipping and receiving packages
  • Generating shipping labels and tracking shipments for HPS
  • Work with our vendors - FedEx, UPS, USPS, Iron Mountain, etc.
  • Organize weekly shred bin pick up from vendor
  • Within the Business Automation (BA) launcher, generate reports of Encounter Tracking (ET) logs for carrier return mail
  • Asset management: Maintain a detailed inventory log of all returned equipment received in the mailroom
  • Support special projects for annual Open Enrollment
  • Monitoring, responding to, and fulfilling daily requests in the Mailroom mailbox
  • Other duties as assigned
