Job description

World Travel Holdings is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary, Part-Time Mailroom Clerk to support our Fort Lauderdale, FL office. This role is responsible for coordinating company equipment shipments, processing incoming and outgoing packages, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials.

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including preparing and shipping packages to facilitate the return of company-issued computer equipment.
  • Package and prepare computer equipment for shipment, including boxing and protective wrapping.
  • Create shipping labels and waybills using the FedEx shipping platform.
  • Track and manage shipments to ensure timely delivery and receipt.
  • Maintain an organized mailroom and shipping area.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and requests in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work a consistent schedule, Monday through Friday, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM EST.
  • Previous experience with shipping and receiving processes preferred.
  • Familiarity with FedEx shipping tools and procedures is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.

Compensation

Estimated Pay: $20.00/hour
