Position: Mailroom Assistant
Location: Boca Raton

As a Mailroom Assistant at our well-established law firm, you’ll play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations by handling various mailroom tasks. This is a great opportunity to build experience and gain valuable insight into the legal industry!

Responsibilities include:

  • Making copies and organizing documents
  • Bar coding and scanning files into our system
  • Sorting, distributing, and handling mail
  • Assisting with filing and general office tasks
