Job description

The Marriott Club Lounge Attendant delivers premium, personalized hospitality to elite guests. Primary responsibilities include managing daily food and beverage services (like breakfast buffets and evening hors d'oeuvres), maintaining lounge cleanliness, checking guest credentials, and anticipating visitor needs to ensure a flawless experience.



Compensation:

$18 - $19.16 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Welcome and check in guests, verify access rights, and provide local area recommendations or hotel information.
  • Food & Beverage: Set up, replenish, and clear breakfast, midday snacks, and evening hot/cold food offerings. If applicable, serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while checking legal identification.
  • Cleanliness & Maintenance: Practice "clean-as-you-go" procedures. Wipe down tables, sanitize surfaces, bus dishes, and ensure the lounge remains orderly and visually appealing.
  • Inventory & Restocking: Monitor supplies, track daily food/beverage counts, and restock amenities as needed.
  • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines, ensuring a clean and sanitary environment.

Qualifications:
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended shifts and lift/carry items weighing up to 25–50 pounds.
