  • Prepare, cook, and plate specialty menu items according to Corn Maiden recipes and presentation standards.
  • Execute techniques appropriate for fine dining, including grilling, roasting, sautéing, and specialty methods unique to Southwestern cuisine.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with food safety and sanitation
  • Assist with prep duties, stock rotation, and kitchen organization to support daily operations.
  • Uphold the cultural values and storytelling behind the menu and Corn Maiden dining experience.
  • Support a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment.
