Performs support services to help students achieve productive learning experiences within a prescribed educational plan.  Provides guidance and encouragement to help students achieve their intellectual, 

social, and emotional potentials.  Prepares educational materials, assists with record keeping and clerical functions, monitors activities, provides personal assistance to students, and other diverse duties.
