Addison Healthcare Center, a member of theCommuniCare Family of Companies, is currently recruiting a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) to join our team asICF DD Program Coordinator.
PURPOSE/BELIEF STATEMENT:
The ICF DD Program Coordinator will be responsible for following and offering vocational tasks for the residents that follow their ISP amongst other job duties as assigned.
Weekend shifts are as needed for the department.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelors in a healthcare related field is required
  • Willingness to participate in a State of Ohio training / competency evaluation program.
  • Prior experience in a MRDD environment
  • Must possess knowledge of medical terminology and behavioral characteristics related to the MRDD population.
