We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a 2nd Shift Logistic Team Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the logistics operations during the 2nd shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the logistics team during the 2nd shift
  • Ensure that all shipments are processed and delivered on time
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to replenish stock as needed
  • Train and mentor team members to ensure they are performing at their best
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency
