Job Summary:
The Logistics Team Leader is responsible for managing the daily operations of the shipping and receiving team to ensure efficient and safe handling of products. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop team members, drive continuous improvement, and manage data entry and inventory tracking within the ERP software. The Logistics Team Leader will also be responsible for generating inventory reports and ensuring the timely shipping and receiving of scheduled products.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead the logistics team to ensure smooth daily operations and meet production goals.
  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including warehousing, distribution, and transportation.
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient and cost-effective logistics solutions.
  • Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management using ERP software.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align logistics activities with overall business objectives.
