About the Role:

The Warehouse Scanner plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management within a warehouse environment. This position is responsible for scanning and tracking products as they move through various stages of the supply chain, from receiving to storage and shipping. The Warehouse Scanner helps maintain real-time inventory data, which supports operational decision-making and customer satisfaction. By accurately capturing product information, this role minimizes errors and discrepancies in stock levels, contributing to overall warehouse productivity. The successful candidate will work closely with warehouse staff and management to uphold safety standards and streamline workflow processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic proficiency with handheld scanning technology or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or inventory control environment.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
