About the Role:

The Warehouse Lead plays a critical role in overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling of inventory and shipments. This position is responsible for leading a team of warehouse associates, coordinating workflow, and maintaining high standards of productivity and quality control. The Warehouse Lead acts as a liaison between warehouse staff and management, facilitating communication and problem-solving to meet operational goals. They are also accountable for enforcing safety protocols and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Ultimately, the Warehouse Lead ensures that all warehouse activities support the broader supply chain objectives and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control and shipping/receiving procedures.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required by warehouse tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
  • Experience with transportation and warehousing industry standards and regulations.
