A N A Lumpers LLC is looking for hardworking and reliable Lumpers to join their team in Geneva, IL! This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment where your physical effort and teamwork make a real impact every day.

Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload freight, cargo, and merchandise from trucks and trailers
  • Move and stack products, pallets, and goods in warehouse or dock areas
  • Ensure accurate and efficient handling of all shipments
  • Follow safety protocols and proper lifting techniques at all times
  • Work alongside drivers and warehouse staff to meet tight unloading schedules
  • Inspect freight for damage and report discrepancies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area on the dock or warehouse floor
Requirements:
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs repeatedly) and physical labor for extended periods
