Lumper / Warehouse Unloader - Production Pay
Hagerstown, MD
Production-Based Pay | Weekly Pay
Full-Time | Physically Demanding Work
We are hiring motivated individuals for a fast-paced warehouse unloading position. This is a manual labor / lumper role unloading freight trailers by hand. Employees work in teams to unload a variety of freight including:
  • Tools
  • Yard equipment
  • Outdoor products
  • General warehouse freight

⚠️ No forklifts involved - this is a highly physical position requiring consistent lifting, movement, and teamwork throughout the shift.
Job Duties
  • Hand unload trailers safely and efficiently
  • Sort and organize freight inside warehouse
  • Work in a team production environment
  • Maintain speed, accuracy, and safety standards
  • Perform repetitive lifting, pushing, and pulling

Requirements
  • Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs repeatedly
  • Reliable transportation required
