These skills ensure efficient movement of goods, cost control, and seamless coordination across the supply chain.

What are some of the main challenges logisticians face when coordinating supply chain operations?

Logisticians often encounter challenges such as handling unexpected delays, managing inventory fluctuations, and adapting to rapidly changing customer demands.
