Job description

SITEC Consulting is seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist to support a high-visibility DoD program. This position requires a proactive logistics professional with extensive DoD experience, preferably within the intel environment, who can support program operations, coordination, tracking, and mission logistics requirements.

The ideal candidate will be organized, responsive, and comfortable working with leadership, technical teams, and customer stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a professional customer-facing presence are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support logistics planning, coordination, tracking, and execution for program activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure logistics requirements are met.
  • Track equipment, materials, resources, documentation, and related program support items as needed.
  • Assist with planning and coordination for program milestones, deliverables, and completion-based tasking.
  • Maintain accurate logistics records, status updates, and supporting documentation.
  • Identify logistics risks, gaps, or delays and communicate impacts to leadership.
  • Support a high-visibility DoD program environment requiring professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
  • Extensive DoD logistics experience.
  • Prior intel experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting customer-facing or high-visibility mission programs.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills.
