Description

 We are seeking experienced DoD Logisticians and Logistics Engineers to provide lifecycle logistics, sustainment, and acquisition support for Department of Defense programs. This position supports the planning, development, implementation, and execution of integrated logistics strategies that ensure system readiness, maintainability, and long-term operational success. 


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) documentation and products. 
  • Perform logistics analyses supporting system acquisition, fielding, sustainment, and disposal. 
  • Support Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs) and Product Support Strategies. 
  • Conduct provisioning, maintenance planning, supportability analysis, and logistics assessments. 
  • Coordinate with engineering, program management, acquisition, and government stakeholders. 
  • Analyze logistics requirements, risks, and performance metrics. 
  • Support configuration management and technical data management activities. 
  • Assist with supply chain management, inventory planning, and materiel readiness initiatives. 
  • Prepare executive briefings, reports, and technical documentation. 
  • Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), design reviews, and program reviews.

Minimum Requirements


  •  This is an on-site position at the client facility with the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule when approved by the client
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). 
  • 3+ years of DoD logistics, acquisition, sustainment, or lifecycle management experience. 
  • Working knowledge of DoD Integrated Product Support (IPS) Elements. 
  • Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative government environment. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • DAU Logistics or Product Support coursework or certifications. 
  • Experience with DoD 5000 Series acquisition processes. 
  • Knowledge of Life Cycle Sustainment Planning. 
  • Familiarity with configuration management and technical data management. 
  • Experience supporting weapon systems or defense technologies. 

Clearance Requirement

Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
