In the role of Leinie Lodge Associate, working in Chippewa Falls, WI, you will be part of the Guest Relations team as a Warehouse Associate (direct to consumer). This person will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders. 

This position reports to the Leinie Lodge Retail Supervisor and works closely with other members of the guest relations team to ensure the visits to the Leinie Lodge are memorable and our guests will want to visit us again.

If you're willing and available to work 20-30+ hours a week-including evenings, weekends and holidays - we'd love to have you join the Leinie Lodge team! Starting pay is $15.00/hr, with opportunities for increase based on merit!

What You'll Be Brewing 

  • Deliver an exceptional direct to consumer experience by engaging with guests purchasing beer, merchandise, and branded products onsite
  • Serve as a frontline brand representative by creating positive, efficient, and accurate consumer interactions that drive loyalty and repeat visits
  • Execute direct to consumer sales transactions, including order fulfillment, merchandise handling, and point of sale responsibilities
  • Maintain organized, stocked, and consumer ready DTC areas to support daily sales volume and peak demand periods
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests to support a high quality in person DTC experience
  • Follow safety, compliance, and quality standards while supporting daily consumer operations
  • Maintain flexibility to support DTC business needs, working 20 to 30 plus hours per week including weekends and holidays

  • You are confident, competent, and eager to learn new things
  • You are comfortable with the physical requirements of this position, including standing, walking, and lifting
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle up to 50 pounds as required for product restocking, merchandise handling, and operational support

  • You have a high school diploma and are at minimum 18 years of age
