About the Clinician's Workday

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under an autonomous CRNA practice model during day shifts with call coverage at an operating room and emergency room facility in Iowa. The schedule follows a 3-week rotation: Week 1 consists of 7 days on-call (Monday through Monday) with Monday-Friday day shift coverage and a 2-hour minimum callback requirement; Week 2 consists of Monday-Friday day coverage; and Week 3 is off, with Monday-Friday shifts carrying an 8-hour guarantee. The surgical case mix includes general, obstetric, urology, ENT, and orthopedic procedures, serving patients across all age groups. A minimum of 1-2 years of OB and Peds experience is required for this assignment.
